ABOUT OUR PROGRAM

We have expanded our Strength & Speed program. This year we will be offering a split-session workload. This means we will have 2 days for our off-season S&S work. Workouts will be strength and mobility based while Wednesday classes will be speed and movement based. This allows us to better focus on the specific tasks needed to improve our athletes.

The Nor’easter training program for the 2016 season is designed for underclassmen and younger. The differences will be the types of exercises, and workloads among the variety of age groups we have in our program. With that said we will use body-resistance, medicine balls, physio-balls, and various resistance bands to help advance our players.

Our program will be geared toward baseball skill set developments. Our goal is to allow them to start the season strong, but not fade away. We want our players to peak in June/July.
