OUR PROGRAMS

Nor’easters baseball curriculum is meticulously designed to foster the full athlete – introducing solid fundamentals early on, and furthering that development throughout each age group.

Our highly qualified coaches challenge all of our players to take the next step in their baseball careers.

WHAT WE OFFER

Nor’easters training is broken into two focuses: Skill and Team training.

These programs are designed to compliment each other, leading to both fundamental and tactical development throughout the year preparing the teams for the EBL season.

Baseball Specific Skills Classes

Weekly skills classes from September to December (both indoor and outdoor) are organized by age group to ensure that each athlete receives individual feedback and directed training.

Each practice is designed to enhance our athletes fundamental skills (offensive, defensive & situational) in order to be best equipped during game play scenarios.

Team Practices

All athletes are able to train and compete with their teammates on a weekly basis. These practices are run by the team coaches.

  • November – December: 1 indoor team practice/week (Friday, Saturday or Sunday)
  • January – EBL Season: 2 indoor team practices/week
  • During EBL Season: 1 outdoor team practice/weeek
