1. What does each package include?

    - Baseball

            - Package A: Package A includes Dynamic Warm-Up classes that run the month prior to skills starting. This package also includes 1x/week skills classes.

           - Package B: Package B includes Dynamic Warm-Up classes as well as Phase I and II strength and conditioning. Dynamic warm-up are 1x/week and the Phase I and II are 2x/week. Package B members also receive 1x/week skills classes. Package B members also receive a 6 pack of lessons. 

           - Package C: Package C includes Dynamic Warm-Up classes as well as Phase I through IV strength and conditioning. Dynamic warm-up are 1x/week and the Phase I through IV are 2x/week. Package C members also receive 1x/week skills classes. Package C members also receive a 12 pack of lessons.

 

2. What should I be booking into online?

         - All strength and conditioning classes as well as baseball/softball skills classes need to be booked online. Baseball skills classes are 1x/week and softball skills are 2x/week. For our B and C package members, strength and conditioning is 2x/week.
